The price is as stated next to the item and we reserve the right to change this without prior notice.
We offer free postage with all our products and we will do our very best to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
If, for any reason, your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 working days to either let you know when your item is expected to be in stock or to offer you an alternative product or a refund.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER
If your order goes missing or is damaged in transit we will make enquiries with the postal service. Please allow up to 14 days for a resolution.
If, for any reason you would like to return your products, we offer a hassle free exchange or refund policy provided that shoes have not been worn outside and are returned in their original box, with any free gifts and receipt within 14 days of purchase. Please note that postage will not be paid for returned items and any worn items may not be returned unless faulty.
